30-day home trial
Use the pillow for up to 30 days from delivery. If you're not satisfied, request a return and we'll cover the return shipping within Australia.
How to start a return
- Email support@lyvio.com.au with your order number.
- We'll send a prepaid return label.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the unit.
Warranty
12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your unit fails through normal use, we'll repair or replace it at no cost.
