Pre-order shipping

The Lyvio Pillow is currently in production. Pre-orders placed now are reserved from the first run and will ship from December 2026. You'll be charged at checkout to lock in your unit and launch pricing, and you can cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund — just email support@lyvio.com.au.

Processing (once stock lands)

Orders are packed and dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1–2 business days of stock arriving.

Delivery times

Metro NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT: 2–4 business days
SA, TAS, WA: 4–7 business days
NT and regional: 5–10 business days

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If anything looks off, email support@lyvio.com.au and we'll sort it.
