Common questions
How do I charge it?
Plug the included USB-C cable into the port on the side of the pillow. A full charge takes about 2 hours.
How long does a session last?
Each session runs for 15 minutes, then auto-shuts off to prevent overuse. Run another session whenever you like.
Is the cover washable?
Yes — the outer mesh cover unzips and is machine-washable on a cold, gentle cycle. Air dry only.
